1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the prinmunti.ro website (the "Site"), operated by Prinmunti ("we", "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is a landing page for the Prinmunti mobile app, which is still in development and yet to launch. The Site provides general information about the app and a form through which you can be notified when it launches.

These Terms do not apply to the Prinmunti mobile app, which will have its own Terms and Conditions, available at launch.

3. The subscription form

By filling in the form on the Site with your email address, you give us your consent to contact you for the sole purpose of announcing the launch of the app. You may request the removal of your address from the list at any time, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (text, logo, graphics, design) belongs to Prinmunti or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute the content of the Site without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Availability of the Site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is informational in nature. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies or interruptions of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, unless the law provides otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
