1. About this document

This document refers strictly to the prinmunti.ro landing page (the "Site"), a presentation page for the Prinmunti mobile app, which is yet to launch.

The Site has no user accounts, maps, trails or location features — the only personal information collected is the email address left in the launch notification form.

Note: The privacy policy of the Prinmunti mobile app (account, trails, location, safety) is a separate document, available once the app launches.

2. What data we collect

The only personal data collected on the Site is your email address, when you enter it voluntarily in the "Get notified at launch" form.

We do not collect names, passwords, payment details or any other personal information on this Site.

3. Why we collect this data

The email address is used exclusively to let you know when the Prinmunti app launches.

Legal basis: your consent, given by filling in and submitting the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who we share the data with

Your email address is stored through Supabase, used as the technical infrastructure for managing the subscriber list. We do not sell or share your email address with other third parties, apart from this technical provider required for the form to work.

5. How long we keep the data

Your email address is kept until the app launches and the notification is sent, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request access to the email address we store
• Request its deletion from the subscriber list, at any time
• Withdraw your consent, with no consequences
• Lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP)

For any request, write to us at contact@prinmunti.ro — we will unsubscribe you as soon as possible.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Site evolves. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
